1970 - Formerly known as T.C Punnett and Associates; the company began operating in Oyster Bay, Sydney Australia.

1980 – The relocation of the office to Miranda with Trevor Punnett as Director. 

1993 – Company name change to Jones Nicholson with Colin Nicholson as Director and Greg Jones the Managing Director.

2002 – Growth and expansion continued for Jones Nicholson with offices opening along the South West Sydney and Illawarra Regions.

2013 - Mark Molloy became Managing Director of Jones Nicholson.

2016 - The Jones Nicholson brand extended to Queensland with Stephen Falkner as Director.
