The building comprises of six floors of residential units totalling 54 units above the ground floor which contains retail tenancies fronting both Waterloo and Adelaide Street's, with four parking levels below the ground floor.
The building facade incorporates feature precast concrete panels to the Adelaide Street entrance, marrying into the exposed concrete finishes on the remaining facade. AFS walling system was used for all the internal vertical elements including lift core and all internal column blades.
