This magnificent 30 million dollar residence ‘Nautilus’, is an entirely concrete framed structure consisting of 4 main levels with numerous concrete roofs and steel framed pop-ups. It has three lifts, an underground carpark and a tunnel to the bay. The building, stretching over four residential blocks has everything from a bowling alley to teppanyaki bars. 

Nautilus is also the 2016 HIA-CSR Home of the Year winner. Jones Nicholson are delighted to be part of the team behind creating a high quality project, working collaboratively with the construction team from the outset to achieve the optimum result.
